ESRI Canada's FREE technology web seminars provide attendees with a demonstration of the latest ESRI software including developer solutions and the ArcGIS suite of products. These web seminars have been designed for GIS users, managers, and developers.

1. What are the requirements for attending?
Hardware and software requirements:
- A broadband internet connection
- Administrative rights for your PC
- An appropriate viewing console (choose from either of the following):
Connection requirements:
- Connection information is provide by ESRI Canada upon registration
- A separate phone connection is required to enable the audio portion of the web seminar. Dial-in numbers are provided upon registration
2. Who can attend? Only residents of Canada are able to attend.
3. How do I register for a web seminar? Simply complete the online form providing your contact information. You can view a list of upcoming web seminars here: http://www.esricanada.com/web_seminars.
4. Who do I contact if I have a problem to Live Meeting? If you experience a technical problem with the Microsoft Live Meeting viewing console please contact Live Meeting Technical Support at: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?pr=livemtg2003.

If you are have a problem registering for an event or have not received your connection information, please contact coordinator@esricanada.com and a representative will follow up with you.
5. I was not able to attend the web seminar. Is it possible to get a copy of the presentation? Please contact your local regional office for further details.
6. I have not received my confirmation email. What can I do? Your confirmation email is a plain text email and is intended to confirm that we have received your request to attend one of our free web seminars. If you do not receive this email then you may have entered an invalid email address. To get your confirmation email, please register again and include the correct email address. If you have done this and still have not received your confirmation email, please contact coordinator@esricanada.com.
7. I have not received my connection information email. What can I do? There can be a number of reasons for this. One is that your orginization may have blocked the email as spam. Please make sure that your organization allows ESRI Canada email through your email server, this is called white listing.
Connection information is sent in HTML format; some organizations do not allow HTML mail as it can be a potential security risk, please check and make sure your network administrators allow HTML formatted messages.
If you still do not receive your connection email please contact coordinator@esricanada.com or email ESRI Canada.
8. I have lost my connection information for an upcoming web seminar. Can ESRI Canada re-send it to me? ESRI Canada sends a reminder email with the connection information the day before the web seminar. If you do not receive this reminder please contact coordinator@esricanada.com.
