Description
This map illustrates the location of lightning strikes which occurred within the City of Saint John during a storm on August 8th between the hours of 1:22 a.m. and 3:18 a.m. During this storm Saint John experienced 679 lightning strikes within a two hour period. 

A customer experienced damage to their communication equipment and wanted to know if the damage could have been the result of lightning.  This map helps to illustrate the possibility of the customer's equipment being hit by lightning.
