Support Services

ESRI Canada Professional Services can provide on-site support consisting of consulting or programming services. This can be especially helpful to clients who need to augment their staff on a short-term basis during a development project. ESRI Canada can provide individuals who are trained and ready to work alongside client staff.

Once operational, ESRI Canada can help to ensure that users are able to maximize the performance and efficiency of implemented systems. Post-implementation support services include:

• Application and database tuning (e.g., ArcSDE, ArcIMS, ArcGIS Server)
• Workflow Support (e.g., Advanced Model Building, Scripting)
• Application Support
• Software installation and configuration

Rent-a-Tech

Rent-a-Tech is a technical self-help program that provides short-term consulting and programming services to existing ESRI product users. This support ranges from one-day design consultations to extended technical assistance for a variety of GIS applications. The Rent-a-Tech program allows ESRI users to define the type and extent of support they require and see that support delivered quickly.
