ESRI's Virtual Campus is a source for training, education, research, and discussions in GIS.  The Virtual Campus was created in 1998 to provide high-quality, affordable training for ESRI software products.  The Web is an ideal, affordable medium for teaching how GIS technology can help bring about a better future for all.

ESRI offers courses that teach the latest GIS technology as well as how different industries use GIS and the science of geographic information.  The Virtual Campus Library offers the most comprehensive guide to GIS literature on the Internet.

Virtual Campus members number over 170,000.  They are located around the globe and work in a wide variety of industries. Our vision for the ESRI Virtual Campus is to foster and support a GIS learning community on the Web.
