Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are accepted without penalty until 2 weeks before the course start date.
• Cancellations received during the 2 weeks before the course start date will be subject to the course fee; however, you will be granted a credit for an equivalent ESRI Canada course, in the same region, within a year's time.
• If notice is not received prior to the course start date, you will be charged the full course fee and it is not transferable.

** ESRI Canada strives to confirm all courses however class cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. ESRI Canada will confirm or cancel each course by contacting all participants.

Travel is the registrant's responsibility. ESRI Canada assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable travel arrangement losses resulting from course scheduling changes or cancellations.
