Product Registration and Licensing

Product Registration is for Single Use software (ArcView, ArcEditor, and extensions), Server software (ArcSDE, ArcIMS, ArcGIS Server and extensions), Developer software (ArcGIS Engine) and other software installed on only one machine.

Request a New License File if you are an existing Concurrent Use ArcGIS customer who has made changes to your license server or license allocation for ArcInfo, ArcEditor, ArcView and their extensions.

Request an Updated License File if you are an existing Concurrent Use ArcGIS customer who wishes to receive 9.x license files for ArcInfo, ArcEditor, ArcView and their extensions.

Transfer a Software License if you are an existing Concurrent Use ArcGIS customer who wishes to transfer an existing license to a new license server allocation for ArcInfo, ArcEditor, ArcView and their extensions.
