Small local governments within Canada can take advantage of the Small Local Government Enterprise License Agreement (SLG-ELA) Program.  The ELA enables small local governments to affordably make unlimited deployments of ESRI ArcGIS software to internal users.

ESRI GIS provides a clear road forward for the City. We intend to further build on our success in leveraging GIS by using ArcGIS and SOA to create further efficiencies in other areas of our operations and better position us for the future.
