Who should use this form?

Request a New License File is for existing Concurrent Use ArcGIS customers who have made changes to their license server or license allocation for ArcInfo, ArcEditor, ArcView and their extensions.

For authorization files for Single Use software (ArcView, ArcEditor, and extensions), Server software (ArcSDE, ArcIMS, ArcGIS Server and extensions), and Developer software (ArcGIS Engine), please use the Product Registration page.
