Customer Service can be contacted in the following ways:

Through our Customer Service department you can:

  • Product Registration - Register your Single Use software (ArcView, ArcEditor, and their extensions), your Server software (ArcSDE, ArcIMS, ArcGIS Server and their extensions), and your Developer software (ArcGIS Engine)
  • Request a New ArcGIS Keycode - Request a license file for your newly purchased concurrent-use software license (ArcInfo, ArcEditor, ArcView and extensions)
  • Transfer a software license - Use this form to request a transfer of all or some of your existing software licenses from one license file server to another license file server. Ie. Transfer to new host ID or Hardware Key
  • Order a Hardware Key - Use this from to request a new Hardware key which may be needed for you concurrent-use software products to run
