System RequirementsArcSketch is built on top of ESRI's desktop technology and uses the ArcMap application within ArcView, ArcEditor, and ArcInfo. ArcSketch requires ArcView 9.1, ArcEditor 9.1, or ArcInfo 9.1. Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 and the ESRI .NET Support Feature for ArcGIS are required to successfully install ArcSketch. See the .NET requirements for more information. Windows 2000 users must ensure that they have Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) Version 2.6 or later.
