Geographic Attribute Transaction Engine (GATE) is a GIS change tracking toolbox consisting of tools within ArcMap and is facilitated by Parcel Editor.

GATE synchronizes the spatial and attribute data by reading changes from non-spatial data and then updating the spatial data (using Import tools), or by reading changes from spatial and then updating non-spatial (using Export Tools).
