In order to efficiently manage buried facility location requests, ROHL Geomatics has developed a unique" WEB-Based Mapping Solution" known as "RG One Call". "RG One Call" works in both a connected or disconnected mode. For companies requiring locate services, ROHL also offers a call center that works in conjunction with "Call Before You Dig" services to provide pre-screening/screening of locate requests and when required have the locate dispatched to the locate service of choice. There are several add-on modules available to "RG One Call" such as "Network Aggregation", Field Inventory", "Equipment Servicing and Management", "Job Tracking", "Purchase Orders", "Work Order Management", "Employee Management", "Safety Course Tracking", Employee Time/Expense reporting and "RG MOBILE". "RG One Call" is built around ArcGIS Server Enterprise which allows for the maximum benefit in serving up maps both locally and via the internet.
