NetWORKS is a geospatial network design, network management, and records management software solution based on ArcGIS. The NetWORKS product architecture was conceived to address the complexity of converged fiber-copper-coax-wireless communication networks. NetWORKS, based on component software architecture supports emerging multi-domain communication network configurations and legacy systems, which represents the current network architecture service providers are currently maintaining.

Software Modules
The applications available within each of the two modules can be licensed independently or together as an integrated solution. The Foundation module includes the following applications:
- Engineering Design Management
Create and manage work orders through each design phase utilizing ArcSDE Version Management.
- Structures Management
Design and manage underground and aerial structures (duct, trench, pole, chamber, etc.).
- Inside Plant
Document inside plant and rack mounted equipment at a Central Office or Point of Presence.
The Domain module includes the following applications:
- FiberWORKS
Design and manage inside plant and outside plant fiber network infrastructure.
- CoaxWORKS
Design and manage inside plant and outside plant coax and HFC network infrastructure. RF and AC design values can be captured and maintained.
- CopperWORKS
Design and manage inside plant and outside plant copper network infrastructure. North American and European line of count representations, pair labels, pair throws, and ripples are supported.
- WirelessWORKS
Design and manage inside plant and outside plant microwave and cell tower network infrastructure.
