Toronto, ON - ESRI Canada today announced the launch of a powerful new Technical Support Portal available in both English and French. The new web-based support portal (http://www.esricanada.com/portal/techsupport) makes it more convenient for customers to request support, follow the progress of current Cases, search solutions to past Cases, locate information stored in ESRI's Knowledgebase, and find answers to Frequently Asked Questions.

This new site is the culmination of an extensive effort by ESRI Canada's Technical Support team to streamline operations and speed the delivery of service to their customers. It offers customers another support option to log their Cases, find out the status of current and past Cases, and upload Case-specific information to more accurately identify and resolve issues.
As a result of this new support option, ESRI Canada customers now have access through a single interface to technical support resources and self-service capabilities. Customers can utilize advanced filters to locate current and past Support Cases based on criteria such case number, date, and product.
