Account Manager - Calgary (CA05-08)

ESRI Canada Limited has an immediate need for an Account Manager in its Calgary Office to lead the Southern Alberta sales efforts. This position will report to the District Manager (Calgary), Prairie Region and will develop creative sales strategies for this area of the Region.

The Account Manager duties include:

• Manage and coordinate the sales activities by implementing ESRI Canada Sales Process for the major accounts on an ongoing basis continually seeking to provide excellent service and/or create new business opportunities (new business development)
• Collaboratively work with marketing and technical colleagues in preparation for trade shows, user conferences and client presentations/seminars
• Provide a high degree of consultative sales service for all accounts by continuously following up and monitoring customer needs and products
• Develop and maintain ongoing account analysis and account management/penetration strategies for individual accounts
• Provide product demonstrations to potential clients
• Develop prospects and represent ESRI Canada Limited through tactful administration of public relations and excellence in the execution of presentations, sales meetings, trade shows and follow-up meetings

Requirements:

• University Degree and/or Community College Diploma in related field of study
• Minimum 3 years technical experience 1 year of account management experience working within the GIS industry 
• Sound understanding of ESRI GIS solution
• Some travel throughout Southern Alberta
